Rare earth resources are very rich in our country. There are many kinds of rare earth luminescent materials and they are widely used. It can combine rare earth luminescent materials with ink, and make photoluminescent safety signs by screen printing. According to the different requirements of the place of use, environment and customers, PVC rigid low foaming polyvinyl chloride board or flame retardant ABS material can be used to make fire protection signs. The development of photoluminescence safety signs in China has broad prospects, and its social and economic benefits are immeasurable. In the past, most of the light-emitting safety signs were made with thermosetting light-emitting ink, which has some shortcomings, such as solvent volatilization, complex process, time-consuming, energy consumption and so on. Therefore, a kind of oil with simple process, clean environmental protection and energy saving was developed.
