Ice point ink, also known as snowflake ink, is a kind of UV ink which can produce fine and uniform texture on the surface of ink after twice curing. It can protect and decorate the surface of products. Therefore, it is widely used in packaging and printing industry. Especially in the domestic cigarette printing industry, at present nearly 20% of cigarette packaging products will adopt freezing point ink for decoration, basically every cigarette printing enterprise will use freezing point ink, but the amount of use is a problem, so freezing point ink is an indispensable surface decoration material. The traditional freezing point ink printing process is usually realized by screen printing after offset printing or gravure printing, but this process has the disadvantages of slow printing speed and ink consumption.
