Job Requirements

1. Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in polymer materials, chemical processes, or related fields;

2. Capable of designing and improving technical solutions that meet the requirements of resin synthesis processes;

3. Research on performance improvement and modification of resins in conjunction with market applications;

4. Synthesis and application of water-based resin lotion is preferred;

5. College degree or above, with a preference given to those with a background in polymer or chemistry. Experienced individuals may relax their educational and professional requirements.
