1. Polymer chemistry related majors;

2. Actively seek, test, and adopt new raw materials to optimize the performance and cost of light oil products;

3. Cooperate with market applications, assist in the market promotion of related products, and provide professional technical services to customers;

4. Strong customer service awareness, able to provide customers with high-quality problem-solving methods in a timely and effective manner;

5. Possess the ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
