Job Requirements

1. Professional requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Polymer Materials, Fine Chemical, Petrochemical, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc;

2. Work experience requirements: Have experience in the synthesis and development of waterborne polyurethane resin, mature product scaling experience, experience in the evaluation and application of waterborne polyurethane resin and related additives, at least three years of experience in the research and development of polyurethane, with priority given to application experience in the fields of textiles, footwear, ink, and leather;

3. Job requirements: Rich ability in formula research and development, familiar with the synthesis principle and application development trend of waterborne polyurethane resin;

4. Job responsibilities: Responsible for the research and development of new water-based polyurethane ink products, especially in the field of flexible packaging ink; Responsible for compiling technical summaries and development related materials.
