Job Requirements

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the research and development of water-based flexographic ink and the formulation of process standards, coordinating with the production department to conduct product samples and ensure production;

2. Responsible for formulating product qualification standards, assisting the quality department in completing product testing and evaluation, and improving testing standards;

3. Responsible for after-sales support of water-based flexographic ink products, cooperating with the marketing department to complete sales tasks and maintain customer service, reducing customer complaint rates;

4. Responsible for training department personnel to ensure orderly technical exchange and talent development.

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of work experience in water-based flexographic inks, familiar with customers and market trends, and having a background in foreign investment is preferred;

2. Have the ability to work independently, design and complete product formulas independently, and have the ability to independently solve customer needs;

3. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, aged 30-50 years old;

4. Outgoing personality, good at communication, with a spirit of teamwork.
